• Provides reserved place to 10 of the eventual 24 for longer term 'move on' assistance Long Term Contract of Understanding
• It doesn't care what sex, gender or orientation you are.
• It doesn't care how old you are.
• It doesn't care what your race, nationality, ethnicity or pigmentation level is.
• It doesn't care if you smoke/inject/eat or snort illegal substances.
• It doesn't care if you're eccentric, a bit different, simple or just outright weird.
• It doesn't care if you've got mental health problems.
• It doesn't even care if you're ginger.

• It does care if you cause nuisance to other residents: either inside or outside the eventual location.
• It does care if you bring and use drugs or alcohol on the premises or nearby it.

The maintenance of security and avoidance of groups forming close to homelessness shelter has in the past been a detriment to their otherwise life saving social impact shelter can have in large urban centres. Without clear guidelines on acceptable conduct, not only would the shelter legally be endagered, but also would be counterproductive to potential users themselves. In the past shelters have tolerated alcohol use, along with acknowledging drugs were on the premises.
