The Sock Mob http://homeless.meetup.com/61/ casual and fun social group offering you the chance to team up with others to provide hands on practical socks, food, drink - but most of all conversation and understanding to homeless people in London, 7.15, outside McDonalds in the Strand near Charing Cross Station on Wednesdays!
