This is where EveryonesHome realises the ambition to open a rolling shelter catering to low support needs groups in North East London. It's where organisation for the shelter happens along with internal organisation.

The EveryonesHome Shelter is going to be different to existing shelters because:

  • Housing First Capsule based Emergency Accommodation
  • Endeavors to Provide a Storage place for general use
  • 24 Hours general support with good connections to alt services
  • Instant access 24 hours a day on STCU
  • 10 Places reservable for longer term 'move on' assistance on LYCU
  • It doesn't care what sex, gender, orientation, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, pigmentation level, addictions, eccentricitys mental health issues, medical issues etc a person has.
  • It does care if you cause nuisance to other residents: either inside or outside the eventual location.
  • It does care if you use drugs or alcohol on the premises or nearby it.

It's EveryonesHome... however...

Simple and clear guidelines will be made to work sensibly for all in the capsule environment proposed by EveryonesHome. Night and day anyone can get accommodated for ten hours, hello, 2 min admin, now get in your box, sleep, eat S-S-S (use facilities) and push off into the wide blue yonder and do whatever it is you got to do.

With a Shelter like EveryonesHome the focus to move towards ending a need for homelessness in the UK is trialed in the rough to study refine and expand a high turnaround shelter that can cater to many profiles without neglecting to attempt to encourage and assist in the contributing factors to a persons homelessness beyond bad housing.
