[edit] Use of Storage Facilities a.k.a Stash

  • Storage of items may be refused if posing any danger whatsoever to integrity of the Shelter.
  • All storage items left with EveryonesHome to be searchable at any time and inventories to be composed and mutually signed for at request users of the service.
  • Storage items untouched for more than three months to be supposed abandoned and therefore liable to passing onto charity shops or disposal after one month more and all reasonable steps to contact owner undertaken.
  • All items storage at the risk of the owner and not included on insurance. Lockers provided for Long Term Contract liable to search at any time and become and remain the responsibility of the person whom has signed for their use.

[edit] Use of Capsule Accommodation

  • The fact a person has used EveryonesHome will be confidential at all times unless such information is required by law to be disclosed, or the fact of third parties needing to confirm residence of a particular person at the shelter is beneficial and expressely agreed or implied by them in speech or through course of conduct.
  • Current residents at any point in time will appear on both printed and electronic literature kept confidential unless in case of a genuine emergency where safety by common sense dictates a full and complete list of residents to be required for any purpose and to be shared with the rightful governmental authorities.
