This is a contract that gives as many rights as it demands responsibilities. Please read thoroughly and understand it before signature. Please ask anyone on duty to clear up any questions you might have before signing.

[edit] Long Term Contract of Understanding: Rights:

  • You will be guarunteed accommodation for a period of Six Months in a reserved Capsule for Ten Hours a day subject to standards of conduct.
  • You will be provided One hot meal a day and normal access to bread, soup, breakfast cereals, squashes and tea and coffee.
  • You will be allocated a locker for your possessions, along with monitored normal access, to the safe stash room for larger items.
  • You will be allocated and assured one hours use and twenty minutes use of internet and telephone services respectively.

  • You will be asked to establish a standard pattern and to warn someone on duty should your ten hours need rescheduling.
  • You will be expected to provide Ten hours a week voluntary employment maintaining EveryonesHome with extra hours compensated at national minimum wage.
  • You will be expected to be mentored on a progress to housing programme with an outside agency or internally with EveryonesHome.
  • You will provide us with a digital photo of yourself on condition of acceptance, and also should your appearence substantially change.
  • You will be expected to adhere to standards of conduct otherwise face review of your eligability to use EveryonesHome.

  • Violence of any form towards other members, employees, volunteers or neighbours in the vicinity will result in instant review of your eligability to use EveryonesHome and may result in your photo and personal details given to local police and social services of the local authority
  • Refusal to adhere to basic minimum decent levels of personal hygiene will result in a review of your eligability. Facilities will be maintained at all times and are provided for your use anytime of day.
  • Contravention of Shelter:Drug Policy supplied results in an immediate review of your eligability.
