Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. All referrals go via LB Harrow's Resident Services (see number above). Length of stayMinimum None Maximum 2 years

Staffing and support ^ back to top Support services

Staff available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, but times are flexible and can provide support up to 9pm and weekend cover if required. Keywork system, flexible support and visits arranged according to need. Staff provide support around budgeting, referrals to specialist support services eg mental health and substance misuse services, benefits, rent arrears, neighbour disputes and employment and training.
