Referrals from the LB Hammersmith & Fulham PATHS Team only. Application form completed by prospective resident. Interview with 2 members of staff and 1 resident. Require proof of ID. Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from the LB of Hammersmith & Fulham PATHS Team. Do not accept self referrals or referrals from any other agency. Vacancies

2 full time and 1 part time staff, sleep-in cover. Each resident has an individual support plan with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Staff give advice on life skills, budgeting, employment and training, and assess ability to live independently. Residents must attend all formal meetings including house meetings every 6 weeks. Woodstock Hostel provides supported accommodation for 13 young single homeless men aged 17-24, mainly from black and ethnic minority communities. The accommodation is in 8 single rooms and 5 self contained studios. "The main duties of the staff are to encourage residents to develop greater independence and to become integrated into the community as far as possible... Residents must take up some type of training or employment to make sure they qualify for rehousing. Staff will advise and help residents to secure what they need or wish to do. This may include literacy classes in some cases and life skills." Those with drugs/alcohol/offending issues must attend any rehab schemes found for them. Group
