Self or named agency referrals. Phone, call in (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) or write. Application form completed prior to interview. Require Ministry of Defence Service records and Social Services, Probation and psychiatric reports if applicable. Referral agencies

6 full time staff Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Some evening and weekend cover is occasionally provided. Keywork sessions with regular meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least annually. Support offered around benefits, independent living skills, form filling, referrals to external agencies. More support offered in the initial stages and to those with higher support needs. Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation provides permanent accommodation for 225 ex-service personnel who are vulnerable and who have disabilities, including those with a history of homelessness. "All applicants need to have served in the armed forces of the Crown or the Merchant Navy under UK military command." Accommodation is based on 2 sites; Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions in Fulham and Westway Beacons in East Acton. The accommodation is comprised of one bedroom flats. The accommodation is unfurnished, however the Foundation works with the resident and other ex-service charities to furnish the flats. A higher level of support is available to those with mental health and substance misuse needs. Group
