A Short List...

  • EveryonesHome wants your participation as much if not more than it wants your Money!
  • Because ending the need for homelessness is contentious area in the overlap between government, charity, third sector, and community, and service users and those in need - a platform independent and fresh is helpful to consensus and clarity of focus. This is that platform.
  • EveryonesHome is OPEN SOURCE free to join and use - focused not on itself but on it's cause of practically and intellectually ENDING the need for street homelessness.
  • EveryonesHome is 100% voluntary - members determine their own level of involvement.
  • Our concept Shelter pilot for East London Does not discriminate to a 'profile' of person, either positively or negatively.
  • No-one gets paid for being an 'expert' a 'leader' or an 'advice worker' or campaigner. There is no £50,000 salary to our chief exec. EveryonesHome just wants to raise money for a new Shelter and analyse the sector to best place itself to maximise the positive impact of the Shelter
  • There is no political correctness, pandering to peoples feelings, or treading on egg shells here. Which is just as well because:
  • EveryonesHome has a user updatable and expandable Directory or services that might help people whom are facing or coming close to homelessness - this Directory is comprehensive enough for statistic analysis across EU regions of the UK.
  • Our Directory is differently enabled, based on governmental jurisdiction, than service jurisdiction. Like so: EURegion:UnitaryGovtRegion:ServiceUmbrella:IndividualService. This allows regional and national stats to eventually be automatically produced - if the directory is well maintained - the representation of where the country stands in tackeling the housing crisis - is possible to calculate and graphically represent over time.
  • EveryonesHome has no care for existing charities, third sector organisations, government departments, or the European Union or UN's approval of our analysis or actions trying to pinpoint the endgame of ending the need for homelessness. To us: their over regulation, mismanagement and scale of the task alone has held back and possibly prevented a clarity to the debate that would allow the end of the need for street sleeping.
  • The site is Extensible and fully enabled for Your Participation - From a Shelter idea to a practical Directory of services concerning homelessness, along with a Report allowing a honest agenda free evaluation of the present situation in UK homelessness. Furthermore we have a open Volunteering & Jobs section, Housing Advice anyone can add to for their locality and we freely allow all Campaigns across the sector representation here beside out campaigns. Other Organisations to donate to will also be represented on our Donate page. That's how open to outside contribution and collaboration we are.
